All Cougar Creek Wine is fermented "on the skins" in order to naturally extract the
maximum color, flavors, and tannins from the fruit. They are unfiltered in order to preserve their varietal phenolic compounds.
Then bulk aged at least one year and bottle aged
thereafter. The wine emerges as a mature table wine with the aroma and bouquet of the original fruit.
The 14% alcohol is a natural preservative for the wines.

- Gift boxes which hold 3 bottles (either size) or 2 bottles and 1 vacuum wine pump set (price
depends on contents, gift box for $4.00)
- Vacuum wine pump set for $10, includes 2 rubber corks and 1 hand pump to preserve your wine by
evacuating air from opened wine bottles
