  how we got started
So I'll tell you the story of how
  we met wine and never parted.

We tried some homemade wine made
  by John's California vintner brother
It was so good we were inspired to
  make our own, it was like no other.

When life gives you blackberries
  you make blackberry wine
and we were off and running
  making lots of fruits divine.

Our Interlaken grape vines
  produced like they were crazed
we entered their wine in the fair
  won Best of Show, we were amazed!

We are always trying new things
  perfecting the old tried and trues
There's so many different kinds now
  from rice to pear to berryblues.
